We are planning the next meeting in Davidson for Jan 14th - 1PM, location to be announced.
I have sent a separate email to all committee members and a big welcome to the Town of Davidson for their interest and participation.
Things are coming together folks. The press release is being prepared for approval by all stakeholders, we have a brewery deal in progress for a Cabaret, and we don't seem to have any date conflicts with racing or race schools.

Gary,
I have a new logo from the town and the SSCC ... but how about from the QCMA? I might be able to find some old back-up cd's from a few years ago, but the club should have a digital logo somewhere.

It would be nice to have a show of hands on who is planning to attend the meeting on Sunday, Jan 14th, 1PM The Mayor has arranged a meeting room at town hall, and it would be nice to get an idea of how many people are attending.

Ian and I are heading down. Plan is to leave S'toon around 11:45 and meet-up with Ian at Grasswood Esso at noon. Have room for 2 more if anyone wants a ride.

Rod,
A couple spots set aside for you guys. This is the mayor's directions to town hall for the meeting.
Once you come into town from either Regina or Saskatoon the highway brings you parellel with the railway tracks on "Railway Street". Follow Railway St. to Washington St. which is our main street. Then, proceed down Washington a block and half until you see the community centre (flags posted outside) and you're there!
See you at 1PM.
